Earlier this week, I celebrated 20 years with Cummins. Reflecting on my 27-year professional journey, I recognize that dedicating two decades to one organization is a significant milestone, there’s still much ahead to achieve and best yet to come. This journey has not been a case of repeating the same year of experience 27 times. Each role I’ve taken on has brought unique challenges and opportunities, contributing to my personal and professional growth.
