This story brought lots of valuable insights for every one
Ø Every role is important and remember any type of work is honorable. Always give your best to your work.
Ø Faithfully doing your best, independent of support, acknowledgement or reward is the key determinant in a loving and fulfilling career.
Ø Position never defines performance, but performance defines position in life.
Ø Nobody can stop you from choosing to be exceptional.
Ø Excellence and quality should be the goal of every person in a business or any kind of work. Strive to make your work defect free.
Ø Each one is truly individual in his or her own way, being helpful is more joyful than being helped. To go more through life joyfully and successfully focus on what you give than what you get.
Ø Turn the ordinary job into extraordinary and your job to a job you love. Not by doing other jobs but by doing the one you have the way you like it (differently).
Ø Excellence, passion, wisdom, and dedication should be the functioning parts of this world. Success is built with relationships; strong relationships create loyalty which is the basis of partnership and teamwork.
Ø Work hard to minimize irritation and frustration for others and maximize positive feeling. Uninspired people rarely do any inspiring work as they always have negative feelings. We need to develop teams of extraordinary people to inspire us. When you do not see much meaning in what you do, you can’t bring much value to your work. Hence staying positive, loving work what you do and developing a key philosophy of having a fun which makes work interesting and exciting not only for you but also for customers and co-workers too which makes each day fulfilling. This can be achieved simply by doing at least one extraordinary thing (something that can be helpful to others) a day at home or at work, and you will make a record of extraordinary acts in a year of your life. This can turn your mundane life into an extraordinary life and it will be the same for others as well. Let’s start this as a chain reaction as a daily habit. When there are problems or crisis, innovations are done. But do not wait for crises, perform your best regularly. What makes any act extraordinary is doing it with heart. What makes any life extraordinary is living it with love.
Ø BE A FRED. Continuously create value for those you live and work with, through dedication, passion, and creativity. Remember People become more loveable when they are loved.
Ø Reinventing yourself is a must in changing world
· We wake up every day with an ability to reinvent ourselves. Every day is a new beginning. This can be done by reflecting on our past.
· Look towards each day as a new day and make each day better than the last one.
· Intension without action is only a dream.
· Simply observe what best people are doing, watch, learn, adapt, and apply in your daily routine.
Ø Time to answer few questions-
o
What
did you once deeply wanted to accomplish but never attempted to?
o Which people most shaped your life and what you learnt from them?
o Whom do you admire the most?
o
What
skills do you want to develop in life?
o
What
is your IQ (Implementation Quotient)? -This means implementing ideas which you have
in your plan.
Let’s
be a Fred and find a Fred in others!
Best Never Rest!
